Hayes Family Wines 'Regional Series' Shiraz Barossa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Soft and fleshy in the100% Shiraz coming from Ebenezer in the Northern Barossa. Hand picked, hand sorted, de stemmed, and open fermented before spending 15 days on skins. Matured for 16 months in a blend of new and second use French oak before being bottled in August 2021. Deep bright red tinged with purple.
