Domaine Mann, Pinot Blanc 'Fly me to the Moon', 2024 TRIAL A 'ramato'-style wine made fromUtterly charming and troublingly drinkable, this is a blend of Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois from a selection of different biodynamic plots. It spends a bit of time of lees, which gives this otherwise electric wine a touch of roundness and body. Think pear, blossom, and white stone fruits with a hint of spearmint on the finish. I challenge anyone not to enjoy this!
