Job Responsibilities…
- Keeping personnel files and employee documents up-to-date.
- Creating and revising organizational charts.
- Coordinate/conduct interviews.
- Provide support of new hire on-boarding process.
- Maintaining HR information and generating various reports as needed.
- Generate daily attendance report of Head Office & Projects.
- Drafting various HR related documents like, office order, notice, appointment letter, other documents etc.
- Need to do administrative and human resources tasks as assigned.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom)
- National University students will get preference
- Skills Required: Excellent operating skills over MS Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint
Experience Requirements
- 2 to 3 year(s)

General HR, HRM - The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Multinational Companies, Group of Companies
